Numerous buses into town. 10 mins walk from Hampstead village. 2 mins walk from O2 centre with cinema, Sainsburys and Virgin as well as restaurants. Waitrose 3 mins away.

The house is currently tenanted by 1 person in the main house and also by another person in a self-contained studio flat in the basement. There is a communal kitchen and living area with balcony and flatmates are friendly and up for a glass of wine but also very busy independently so it's important that you are too. It's pretty chilled - not really a party house although a bbq and beer on the balcony is always welcome in the summer!
