Bright, double bedroom for rent in NW3. The room measures approximately 7' x 10' 4" and comes furnished with a double-bed and chest drawers.
The Flat:
The flat is fully furnished and consists of three bedrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, and washing machine/dryer. The flat has a spacious and bright shared living room with dining area. Bathroom is shared with shower over bathtub.
Current Occupants:
We are two professional occupants in our early to mid 30's who are easy going and respectful of each other. Our schedules can at times be busy due to work. During the week, we look forward to a peaceful time after work.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a nice, friendly flatmate who will keep the place tidy and does not smoke. It is a calm and safe environment, and is not a party house. We have lived in the flat for quite some time and have really made a home for ourselves. We do prefer professionals over students!
Please note: we have a strict rule of not allowing partners to sleep in regularly; friends and family visiting sporadically are absolutely fine.
Rent:
£540 + Bills (approximately £120). Bills and rent are paid at the beginning of each month. Bills include electricity, gas, water, and internet. Council tax band D.
