The flat is in a leafy and quiet residential street in Dartmouth Park and very close to the amenities of Kentish Town and Camden. It is a 7 minute walk to London´s famous and extensive Hampstead Heath a classically english landscaped park with athletics track, outdoor swimming and tennis courts and cultural activities such as classical music concerts at Kenwood House and many coffee shops nearby. World Famous music venues such as the HMV Forum and in Kentish Town, Jazz Cafe in Camden and Camden Lock Market are all less than 10 minutes away.

The apartment is ideally located for public transport being just a two minute walk from Tufnell Park Tube which is on the northern line. It is a 6 minute walk from Gospel Oak which is on London Overground for access to the Olympic Park and West London, it is a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town which has direct services to Luton and Gatwick airports. It is also only 10 minutes away from St Pancras International for trains to Continental Europe. It is a 15 minute bike ride from the West End, 5 minutes to Hampstead Heath.
