Friendly Flatshare in Camden (Bills Included)

A large double room is available in our flat share, with plenty of space in a charming split level flat. The house is in a desirable part of Camden just south of Hampstead Heath (2 mins walk from the park) with great links to central London. The room overlooks gardens and an orchard. The room contains a large luxury fitted wardrobe.

The flat is owned by my family and occasionally we stay in one of the rooms, but you will mainly be sharing with three really nice professional women who live in the house in their 30s and 40s. You can meet them and get a feel for the flat and if it feels right to you before making a decision on moving in.

The room includes all bills, broadband, electricity, gas, high speed Virgin Broadband, water and council tax. We are looking for someone who can move in soon ideally from the October 15 or before.

There is the additional monthly charge of £37.50 for a cleaner who comes once a week (shared between four).
