We are renting out the 3rd bedroom as part of our new tenancy in Hampstead Heath - available now!

Room is a small double with lots of built-in shelving and space for a wardrobe (currently one there but slightly wobbly) and desk. Can also use external cupboards in the communal areas if needed. Rest of the flat consists of 2 bathrooms, small but functional kitchen, and large living space.

Flat is perfectly located just across the road from Hampstead Heath with Swains Lane on the next street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. Flat building is great, minimal noise, and really friendly community.

You’ll be living with James (24, Consultant), and Laurence (34, Teacher) - we’ve lived together for almost 2 years now. Both clean & tidy, enjoy the F1, fitness, a drink on the weekend, watching US office, peep show etc etc

Looking for a professional (24-30ish), mix of WfH and office, cleans up after themselves, and is social in the evenings. Please let us know if this sounds good to you and would be great to meet for a coffee/drink to get to know each other.
