Beautiful Double in 2 Bed on Hampstead Heath

Hi I’m Joe,

I’m a renting a bright, double room in my spacious flat right on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath.

The flat has solid wooden flooring throughout and gets a lot of natural light, the whole place has a lovely feel.

The bedroom is newly decorated with a double bed and comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, two built in bedside units, a vintage chair, a small desk space and chair and a 32” smart TV.

The living area is also bright and spacious with a 42" Smart TV with multiple streaming sites including full Sky package and there is also a high spec Yamaha digital piano.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a brand new washing machine and cooker along with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

As well as the bathroom (it’s modern, and nice) there is an additional cloakroom with another toilet and sink.

I also have a third bedroom which I don't rent out and use as a multi-functioning space for work/gym/hanging washing and there is also a tumble drier in there. So essentially it’s a 3 bed flat but there would only be 2 of us living there.

The balcony overlooks the entrance to Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Lido, it gets a lot of sun and has a small table and four chairs - it’s a great spot for people watching with your breakfast :)

There is a car park for the building and free parking is included.

Transport links are brilliant - Gospel Oak Overground is a 2 minute walk away, Tufnell Park tube 12 mins and Kentish Town 10 mins - the Thameslink from here is only one stop to Kings Cross, two to Farringdon and four to Blackfriars/Southbank giving really quick access into Central London.

All bills are included apart from Council Tax (Band E) which we would share.

You would be living with me, 44, an actor/writer, I sometimes do another job as well, working from home and have periods where I go away so you would have the place to yourself during that time. I have tonnes of interests, I'd say I get on with most people, am friendly, easy going and sociable but I also value time to myself and I like to keep my place clean and tidy :)
