My flatmate Savanna and I are looking for someone to replace our current flatmate, who is moving in with her bf, from the 3rd of January. I have been living in the flat for a year and a half already and Hannah who is moving out has been here for three. It is a super nice and homey flat right next to Hampstead Heath.
The 2 landladies are sisters who grew up in the house and we have direct contact with them which is great. The flat is a maisonette with 3 bedrooms with a big living room, a balcony, and a separate toilet and bath/shower.
Savanna is 28 and works in TV post production and I'm 26 and work as a data scientist in environmental related fields. We are usually home 2-3 days a week as our jobs are hybrid. We are both pretty active and are out a lot, but also enjoy spending time chilling in the flat. We are partial to a flat movie night as well as crafting, reading, cooking, and socialising. We are looking for someone kind natured and considerate to join the house!
The flat is partially furnished, which includes the beds, sofa and all standard kitchen appliances.
Rent is £800 and bills are an additional ~£130
We are open to mature students/phd, but you would have to be willing pay council tax.
