Large Room by Hampstead Heath in Friendly Flat

Come and live with Tom (31) and Neil (29) just a few minutes walk from Hampstead Heath.

Our housemate Alex is moving out at the beginning of November to move in with his partner so looking for someone to take his place. The room on offer is of a good size and the largest in the flat (13.7square meters). Great value for the area.

We're looking for someone easy going, sociable and tidy to join us. We have a wide array of hobbies and don't mind what you're into and open to flatmates of all genders. Tom works in communications for a museum and Neil works in marketing for a supermarket.

The location is fantastic, with lots of great pubs and cafes nearby and of course Hampstead Heath just a 5 minute walk away, which couldn't be more ideal! Plus it's just around the corner from Swain's Lane. Archway and Tufnell Park underground stations are just 10/15 mins away and the area is served by lots of good bus routes.

The flat is located in a lovely old building with a shared communal garden. Bills are roughly £100 a month.

We're aiming for viewings on Monday 6th October but let us know if you would prefer another date. The move in date would ideally be 1st November but can be flexible. Let us know a bit about yourself and when you might be available to view and will try to get back to you.
