Small double room in Dartmouth Park

A small double bedroom is available in our 3-bed flat, just moments from Hampstead Heath in the Dartmouth Park / Swains Lane area.
The room is unfurnished (comes with a small wardrobe) and would suit a small double bed. Storage is limited within the room itself, but there’s a storage cupboard in the living room that would be yours.
The flat has a open-plan living and dining area, a compact kitchen, two toilets, and one bath/shower.
You’ll be sharing with:
* Phoebe (34) F – works in the city, from a creative background, and currently training to be a yoga teacher.
* Darcy (29) F – a freelance designer working in film and TV.

We’re looking for a clean and tidy, professional female, aged 28–35, in full-time work. Unfortunately, the room isn’t suitable for someone working from home due to its size. During the week we’re pretty relaxed and respectful of each other’s space, but at the weekend we like to be a bit more social - it’s not a party house, though we do enjoy the occasional night out.

Move in from 1st November, til June with possibility to extend pending the lease renewal.
