Modern 2 bed Hampstead Heath (for one person only)

Hi,

I will be travelling for work for 3 months and I would like to rent out my modern 2 bed by Hampstead Heath on the Parliament Hill side for this time (to one person).

I am happy to offer a good deal, and wave utilities for the right person as a gesture of good faith. I will be on a different time zone and value a zero hassle tenant.

I am looking for a professional in London, who goes into the office most days and is tidy. Please only apply if this profile suits you.

The flat is furnished with Sky TV and is a two bed ensuite but I am only looking for one occupant.

There is a washing machine, dryer and wifi. Main bedroom has slight whirr from next door. Back bedroom has black out blinds. Upstairs has large ceilings windows.

I am flexible on move in and move out dates.
