Description
It's a third floor flat in a purpose built block halfway up a hill in Tufnell Park, so the main thing that attracted me to it 2. 5 years ago was the views-the living room looks east towards the Emirates Stadium and the Olympic Village (in the distance), the available room looks west towards the sunset over Hampstead Heath (it's nice); the kitchen also looks west over the Heath so washing up is pleasant.
My flatmate is moving on as he has bought somewhere, so I am looking for someone to share with...Ideally someone in the same vague age range, a professional, not necessarily looking for a new best friend (not averse to that mind), but someone who shares some interests, can hold a decent conversation, and perhaps enjoys a pint or glass of wine together...maybe you enjoy commenting on Question Time while it's on?
I'm quite active and enjoy getting out and about-gigs, seeing friends, eating out, cycling around town, getting out of town, etc. I also travel a bit for work so at several points in the year you'd have the flat to yourself for a week or more. But I also quite like cooking, hanging out in the flat when it's raining outside, and occasionally having friends over for food or whatnot. Would be nice if flatmate was similar in this regard, or would at least help me eat baked goods and jam that I make, or share a sloe gin from time to time.
The landlord takes 3 months rent at a time so the initial hit is large (£1950), but he's not asking any deposit on this occasion, and once the first rent is done, you've 3 months to save for the next, so it's fine after that. <5 mins to Tufnell Park (Northern Line), 10 min to Gospel Oak (Overground).
