Big double room in beautiful Chalk Farm flat

Hi! We are Nikki and Cazz, living in a lovely big flat in Chalk Farm. Our third housemate is going travelling which is why we are advertising for 8 months- we will guarantee this as a minimum but it may be available longer if her plans change- our lease is up in November 2015.

The room is very big, it was a living room originally but we converted it to a bedroom (which is why we can afford to live in such a lovely place!). This means no separate living room but all the bedrooms are very large and the kitchen also makes a good hang out space. We also have a big courtyard- style garden which is great for BBQs. I (Nikki) am trying to grow veg out there, with limited success so far!

Our housemate is moving her things out but leaving her furniture as she plans to come back, so the room is fully furnished.

Cazz is a care worker and I work in events. We'd like to find someone sociable we can get along with in the house- as we're losing a friend we'd like to gain another! Friendly and very tidy is a must.
