These are private student halls of residence for all students from any university.

All rooms are en suite and suitable for double occupancy, the additional charge for a second resident is 10% of the rental value for the contract period and a spare key is issued.
Bills are included, there is a bike store and laundry on site, and free wifi, the residence is popular with UK and international students, staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance and security are also on site.
Flexible contracts are available on request. The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to a room inspection.

The areas are a mix of lively street in Islington, near to shops and public transport and central for a variety of universities. Kentish Town is in a quiet residential area near to the tube.
