The room is centrally heated and comes furnished.

bathroom, toilet, kitchen and reception/dining room/TV area are all shared.

The flat has Broadband.

You will be sharing with myself, my son (28) and a very friendly loving Labrador so dog lovers or dog tolerant tenants would be appreciated.

The Flat is 3 minutes from Gospel Oak overground station, 10 minutes walk to Kentish Town and frequent 24 hour buses into the West End at the end of the road. (1 minute away)

The area is a lovely part of London with Hampstead Heath behind the flat. Hampstead and Highgate villages are all within walking distance. Swains Lane on the edge of the Heath is 5 minutes walk away with a collection of lovely cafes, restaurants, a Tesco express and chemist.
