All the bills are included, except for personal electricity use which includes all the things plugged into the electrical sockets (TV, computer, etc.). A small, very economical, meter is fitted in each room (about £10 for 3 months).

The house is 2 minutes’ walk from a Tesco and a few minutes’ walk to Queen's Park for shops, restaurants, cafes and the park itself. The house is also a few minutes’ walk to Kilburn High Road and Kilburn Park Station.

The corridors and kitchen are cleaned regularly by the landlord. The current tenants have been there for up to 6 years and are all very happy.
