The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and built in wardrobe. The flat has a good size kitchen, living room with dining area and a shared bathroom.

The flat will be shared with two other housemates, both professionals who split their time between working in the office and at home. The internet is good enough for all housemates to be online at the same time. We are looking for someone social, happy to share communal areas, go to the pub or stay in with a meal and a bottle of wine.

The flat is located just off the Kilburn High Road which has shops, pubs and restaurants. Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) is a 5 minute walk, and the flat is a 2 minute walk from Kilburn High Road Overground station which gets Euston in 10mins. Queens Park and West Hampstead are 15mins walk away where more stations and tube lines can be found as well as more shops and pubs etc.

Rent = £927pm
Bills = £97pm (council tax band D, power, water, tv, internet etc)

This room is not available to couples - if you have you a partner we’re happy for them to visit a couple of times a week but we want to maintain the space for three people, it’s too small for four!

Room is available from 1st Feb 2024. 1st months rent and bills required then, no problem if the moving in date is later.
