We have 1 large double room to rent in a freshly decorated mews house in Kilburn / Queens Park.
A bit about the house itself:
The house is split over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and dining room, along with downstairs loo and utility room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven microwave and all other standard fittings!
The available bedroom that is located on the first floor along with the main bathroom which is shared between three bedrooms on that floor.
The house is a 5 min walk from Kilburn High Road overground station, 10 mins to Kilburn Park or Queens Park stations which are both on the Bakerloo line.
We are also a short walk from West Hampstead and Brondesbury - so it’s perfectly located for pretty much anywhere you’d need to get to!
All bills are included in the monthly price including a fortnightly cleaner.
About the current tenant!:
I am a friend of the landlady so look after the property for her. I am a professional and have a Siamese cat who is the 5th tenant, he’s very sweet and captures the hearts of all who meet him!
I lived in this house 7/8 years ago, it was a wonderful place to call home, so we are looking for some likeminded individuals who want to live in a comfortable, adult household.
