- We're up on the second floor in a fresh, new building (yes, there’s an elevator!)
- Overlooking a lovely garden that’s perfect for your Insta snaps.
- Big living/dining area, sleek kitchen, and a balcony perfect for morning coffees or sunset wines.
- It’s bright, it's peaceful – your happy place awaits!
🛏 Your Space:
- A cozy double room with all the storage you could dream of.
- Desk available if needed
- Your own bathroom (it’s got a bath!). I’ve got my ensuite, so it’s pretty much all yours.
💈🍻🍽 The Locale:
- Everything you need is right here – shops, supermarkets, cute cafes, and more.
- Kilburn Park Underground is just a 4-minute strut away, and buses? Right outside.
💰 Costs:
Rent is £1500 per month.
Deposit is £1788.46 (5 weeks rent / 2)
Bills come to about £160 per month on top (depending on season) includes council tax.
🔑 When Can You Move In?
- It’s ready for you from 17 November however we may be flexible with dates. Stick around till at least November 2026.
- Heads up: There’s a little formal stuff with the estate agent to get you set up.
👀 Who I'm Looking For:
- A professional gal who loves office life (as I’ll be Zooming from home a few days a week). Single occupancy only, no couples.
