Hey, I need someone to take over a room in a mixed house (2 girls & 2 guys) (5 beds in total). The room is available from NOW. Everyone in the house are ages 22 - 26, very tidy, sociable but not crazy partiers. The house is in Maida vale (NW6) and it is close to maida vale tube and kilburn high street underground and overground. The bathroom is shared with one other girl who is EXTREMELY CLEAN. Tenancy is 3 months minimum. The room is £1250 per month including ALL bills and a cleaner once a month. Deposit is 1 month rent (1250).Message me if you’re interested.
