- A 6-minute walk to Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee line), 8 minutes to Finchley Road Station (Metropolitan line), and a 3-minute walk to South Hampstead overground.
- The surrounding environment is excellent and very quiet, with plenty of cherry blossoms and greenery in spring. Nearby, there is a gym, VUE and ODEON cinemas, Swiss Cottage Library & Sports Centre, and buses directly to Camden Town.
- Supermarkets include Waitrose, a large Sainsbury's, M&S, and a Tesco right across the street. A five-minute walk to the Japanese supermarket Natural Natural, and also nearby are Korean supermarkets. There are Boots, Superdrug, many coffee shops, and various restaurants in the vicinity.
- Your roommates: Two Chinese girls, one a postgraduate student at CSM and the other already working, both in the arts. They are both quiet, friendly, and enjoy having meals or watching movies together when time permits. There is a rabbit in the living room, kept in a cage, which is odorless, quiet, and clean. We've lived here for a year and love it; the house is well-equipped, bills are set up, and we have all necessary kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- We hope you: Do not frequently bring people over to stay overnight, do not hold parties, do not smoke indoors or drink excessively, can share the council tax, help maintain the cleanliness of common areas, are easy to get along with, and help take care of the home together.
