Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for 9/10 months as I’m going abroad to study. I’ll be coming back to the house after that as I love it and have a great time with my current housemates, who will be looking for someone to join them in the meantime.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room/living room that’s open plan, an outside area and is down a lovely private mews.
The room is available from 1st September and rent is £833 plus bills which are approx. £130 + a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£1041).
It is in a great location with three bus stops all within less than five minute walk away which can take you pretty much all over London. It is a 10 minute walk to Kilburn Park, 15 minute walk to Maida Vale and 20 minute walk to Warwick Avenue tube. It is also close to Little Venice and Notting Hill which are great to hang out on the weekend.
The housemates are 28 (Mary, pictured right) and 29 (Zoe, pictured left) year old professionals looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy.
