Double En-Suite - spacious flat, 2 mins from Tube

Hi Everyone,

We are looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to replace our current one who is leaving London at the end of September :)

About the room:
The room is a really good size and comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, small desk (certainly room to fit a larger one), and a dresser. Room is available beginning of October.

Additional storage spaces are available in the living room / communal area.

The new flatmate will also have their own bathroom located just outside the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, loo, sink, mirror, and storage for toiletries.

About the flat:
The flat is on the ground floor and has a shared patio/courtyard outside providing a little distance and privacy from the street outside.

It comes furnished and fully equipped with:
- fridge + freezer
- gas hob, oven, microwave
- built-in dishwasher
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- enough cutlery and utensils for all three of us!

The kitchen and living room are absolutely shared spaces for us to all make use of :)

Bonus: the place is also cat-friendly ! If you bring a furry friend, he/she will receive lots of love here!

The flat is located in the lovely neighborhood of South Hampstead (NW6), < 2min walk from Finchley Road station (Metropolitan, Jubilee) and ~10 min from Finchley & Frognal and South Hampstead (Overground) so you'll reach easily any part of London.

There are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and convenient stores directly outside our home, with a huge Waitrose right next door. You will also find 5 mins away a big Sainsburys, an Aldi Local, as well as the nearby O2 centre with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a cinema. There also three gyms within a 5 minute walk.

About this home and flatmates:
You will share the flat with two kind professionals (M29 and F29) who work for a University, and as a software engineer, respectively. We like to socialise by sharing the odd meal over the week, doing movie night with take-out food, but we also enjoy spending time on our own. We have both been at the flat for over 3 years.

This is not a party flat, but visitors are welcome of course.

We occasionally go for lunch on weekends, and like to walk to Hampstead Heath / Primrose Hill when weather permits! In the flat we drink rarely and when we do, we are moderate and would prefer a similarly moderate housemate. Everyone is respectful of each other's personal space and time, and the communal areas are kept clean and tidy :)

Rent and bills for this room will be *including all bills*, with the rent we pay to the agency split up according to room size. The price advertised may be a few quid more or less depending on the new internet contract we can find and any minor council tax changes.
