Hi! Our lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so we have a room available from 28th September
THE ROOM
The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe etc, as well as a good amount of storage space! Theres also enough room for a desk in there
THE FLAT
The rest of the flat is also really cute. It’s on the top floor (we have a lift that goes up to the floor below us) so no noisy upstairs neighbours! We have 3 bedrooms total, with 1 bathroom and a communal living space with a kitchen and a dining area. We’ve really made it our own space, and love to chill in the living room in the evening, so we’re looking for someone to fit that vibe and who we can enjoy hanging out with.
THE FLATMATES
You’d be living with 2 girls - Toria and Laney - both of us are young professionals. We’re looking for someone to be a friend as well as just a housemate, especially since the vibe of the flat is very communal and cosy. We’re both clean and respectful, but also chatty and love exploring things to do in London.
Toria - I’m 26, and a data analyst/writer! I love books, the theatre and music/concerts, as well as going for drinks/cute dinners in! Always up for a cute coffee/walk/anything, also obsessed with autumn
Laney - I’m 24, and a data administrator in the music industry. I like going to gigs, and trying new hobbies - currently learning Spanish and starting to knit!
BILLS
The rent will be £750 per month, excluding bills. There’s also a share of the deposit which would need to be paid to our current housemate to replace what she put in originally.
THE AREA
We live just off the High Road so loads of shops just a couple of minutes walk away we have a Sains, Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Primark, Pret etc all within a 5 minute walk. We’re really close to Kilburn High Road and Kilburn Park stations as well - 5 minutes walk from the flat. We’re a 10 minute walk from Queens Park area as well, which is beautiful! Super easy to get to central as you can get to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, and there’s direct trains to Euston on the overground too.
