Rent: £1000/month with ~£100/month of bills
Lease terms: The lease runs from 26 Feb, 2024 to 25 Feb, 2025 so you will be replacing me and taking over the remainder of the lease from 2 Nov, 2024 onwards. If you enjoy the flat, there is always the option to renew the lease with the landlord once this term is over!
Included furnishings: Bed, desk, built-in closet, built-in storage space, laundry hamper, dresser, bedside table

Location: Neighbourhood is absolutely lovely with the perfect balance of access to grocery/errand stores and quiet residential areas (Queen's Park, Maida Vale, Little Venice).
- 3 min walk to Kilburn Park station on Bakerloo line (reach Central London in 15 mins)
- 5 min walk to Padding Recreation Ground (lovely fitness park) or 15 min walk to Queen's Park (cute residential area with a large park, cute shops, and great Sunday market)
- 7 min walk to Boot's, Sainsbury's, and other shops for essentials on Kilburn High Road
Roommates: The flat is a 3-bedroom so you will be moving in with two amazing girls. None of us knew each other before living together and we've all become friends since living here by socializing and doing activities as a flat. I'm looking for someone who's eager to befriend their flatmates to keep the social and friendly environment!
