Our lovely flatmate is leaving us so we're looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed flat. The flat is in a fantastic location, 2-minute walk to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo), and 5 minutes to Kilburn High Road (Overground - 2 stops to Euston). We have Maida Vale and Queen's Park both under a 15-minute walk, Kilburn Highstreet close by for shops but not too close that it's noisy, plus lots of parks nearby.

The Flat 🏡
The flat itself is on the 2nd floor (top) and has a secure entry system. Every room has windows, and the flat has a dual aspect, meaning it's always bright and airy (many plant babies appreciate this too). There is a spacious shared living room with two comfy sofas, a TV and a dining table. There is also a balcony with views out onto a shared garden. The kitchen is big and has a stove, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher (!) and full-size fridge/freezer. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath plus a separate toilet. Loads of storage space throughout!

The room is a double a large wardrobe. The room comes with a bed and a desk.

The Flatmates 👯‍♀️
You would be living with Emily and Lily. Emily (she/her) works in People Ops and is from Scotland. She enjoys painting, theatre, pubs, pub quizzes, and walks. Lily (she/her) is from the US and is a part-time student. She enjoys...(Lily hasn't had time to write this bit yet 😅).

The two of us met through Spareroom so we're hoping to find another flatmate the same way who can join us! We love hanging out or binge-watching Selling Sunset in the evenings but also try to respect each other's space and understand that sometimes you just want to chill in your room after a long day. We love hanging out and going to a farmers market nearby most weekends. We're looking for someone to join our flat who wants to be friends rather than just live together. Very open to grabbing a coffee together after a viewing to get to know each other a bit. 😋

House-wise, we like to keep it tidy, but we're pretty easygoing and like to make the place feel homely, and would love to find someone with a similar vibe. (Emily cleans when she's stressed which is helpful! 😅)

Tenancy info: Our lease is until February 2028 but we are happy to switch people in as needed so there's no pressure to stay for the full tenancy, however, we'd ideally like someone who plans to stay for a while!
