I’m looking for a female to take over a room in a 5-bedroom, shared house. Currently, there are three girls living here, aged 21-26. They are really sweet and sociable but not wild partiers. The bathroom is shared with one of the girls.

LOCATION: The house is in Maida Vale (NW6).

10-minute walk to Maida Vale tube station
7-minute walk to Kilburn Park tube station
6-minute walk to Kilburn High Road Overground station

DETAILS:
Minimum tenancy: 3 months (short tenancies incur a surcharge)
Rent: £1,250 per month (including ALL bills and a cleaner )
Deposit: 1 month's rent (£1,250)
