I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a 5-bedroom, mixed-gender shared house. Currently, there are two girls living here, aged 21-26. They are really sweet and sociable but not wild partiers. The bathroom is shared with one of the girls.

7-minute walk to Kilburn Park tube station
6-minute walk to Kilburn High Road Overground station

Minimum tenancy: 3 months
Rent: £1,100 per month (excluding bills, except for Wi-Fi)
Bills: Usually around £50 per month
Deposit: 1 month's rent (£1,250)
