The house is situated next to Queen’s Park high street, 10 min walk from the tube station (Bakerloo + 3 stops from Elizabeth line), 10 min walk from Kilburn (jubilee), & 3-5 min walk from Brondesbury park overground (leads to places like Dalston, Hackney and Stratford & Kensington, Richmond)

You: ideally looking for a professional LGBTQ person in their 20s that values their own time / social circles but is also social and up for things like chilling over the TV, pub, food, nights out and other trips / activities occasionally. This is a nudist household, so you must be okay with that.

Your room: your room is spacious, with a double devan bed and built in wardrobes.

The house: the flat itself has a gorgeous ground floor, expansive and open plan living space with an ultra large TV, separate dining and kitchen area. It’s south facing so gets loads of light and sun and leads out onto a shaded courtyard area. One bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, and sink. Underfloor heating throughout the flat. And plenty of on street parking room

The rent price: £930~ excluding bills (approx £150/month). The room is available from Mid November.
