Hello! After 3 years, my current flatmate is moving back with family, so I’m on the lookout for someone new to share this beautiful, well-kept 2-bed, 2-bath flat with me.

This spacious, fully furnished flat has high ceilings, giving it an airy, open feel. Your room is a double room with a big wardrobe, chest of drawer, double bed and bedside tables.
It also offers access to a lovely communal garden—a perfect spot to unwind! If you’re a cyclist, there’s convenient bicycle storage as well. Located just steps from all the shops on Kilburn High Road and a short walk to Queen's Park and West Hampstead, the flat is ideally placed. You'll have easy access to the Bakerloo and Jubilee lines, as well as the Overground, making it a breeze to get around.

Who I’m Looking For
I’m ideally searching for a friendly, considerate female professional who’s looking for more than just a place to stay—a home. Respect for shared spaces is essential, so I’d love someone who keeps things clean and organized. This is a calm, relaxed home, so if you’re someone who prefers a quieter environment without frequent gatherings or parties, this could be a great match.

Move-In Details
The move-in date is March 20th, with the contract to be signed in mid to late January. Bills are not included in the rent which aren't high.
This flat has been my home for nearly five years, and I’d love to find someone who’ll appreciate the space and help keep it a warm, welcoming environment.
