We are looking for 2 people to take over 2 of our flatmates' tenancies asap until it ends on September the 14th. We are clean, sociable students studying at various London universities, and have wide-ranging interests! We also have a wonderful little black cat.
The flat is situated at a 2-minute walk from the Mildmay Overground line and the Jubilee line, and 15 minutes' walk from the National Rail. It is right by the high street, with Sainsbury's, Tesco, Aldi and lots of corner shops ranging from 30 seconds to a 10 minute walk away.
The flat has 2 toilets, a bath and a shower, a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen (washing machine included).

Combined bills come out to ~ £45/month.
