Car Park Space for an additional fee

En-suite Double Room - £1600 PCM
Bills not included but approx £250-£300
50/50 split with flatmate
50/50 split on deposit
Council Tax Band TBC
Both names on the tenancy agreement

Customer Service Manager based in W2
Working a hybrid schedule

I enjoy socials with friends, cafe hopping, movies & generally can be extroverted (but also have my downtime)

About you:
Working professional (£47.5k to pass ref)
Non smoker
No pets
Enjoys a clean house
Sociable at times (I respect your space!)
