Beautiful double room in Kilburn

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a spacious flat in Kilburn.

Overview
The rent is £950 per month paid on the 3rd of every month.

The move-in date is 4th of November but can be flexible (towards October).

Room is furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. It's also bigger than it looks on the photo.

The bills are usually approx £200 per person per month (incl council tax Band D, electricity, water, broadband, TV license).

The Flat
There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, a large living room, a kitchen, a small hallway, and 1 bathroom. It's on the top floor.

The Flatmate
You’ll be sharing the flat with me - I work in travel tech and in my spare time, I'm either travelling or going to gigs. I work from home full time.

You
I am looking for a professional of similar age, clean, tidy and independent (I work a lot so can't promise to be super social). Preferably a female, someone who is easy-going, friendly and looking for a home rather than a place to crash.

Location
The location is ideal as it’s central London. The flat is in a residential area, 2 minutes from Kilburn High Road – Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco Express. TK Maxx are all right here. The closest tube stations are Kilburn Park (7 mins walk, Bakerloo Line) and Queen's Park (10 mins walk, Bakerloo Line) the closest overground stations are Kilburn High Road (5 mins walk) and Queen's Park (10 mins walk). There are also several bus stops 2 mins walk from the flat.
