Large double bedroom in Swiss Cottage

Hi! I am sadly leaving London for a job opportunity, and therefore looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy agreement.

This is a large double bedroom in a really spacious split-level flat, 2 mins walk from Swiss Cottage underground (Jubilee), 5 mins from South Hampstead overground (Lioness), and 10 mins from Finchley Road underground (Jubilee and Metropolitan). It's about a 20 min walk from both Regents Park and Hampstead. There is a brand new Gym group gym 30 seconds from the front door, and Swiss Cottage leisure centre (pool, badminton courts, gym) is just over the road. On Finchley Road we have an Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco express, and M&S food.

The room itself is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a large built in wardrobe. I would also be willing to leave the desk/chair, and other furniture bits if you were interested. The flat has a separate kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, full sized dishwasher, and appliances belonging to the other flatmates who are very happy to share e. g. an Air fryer, coffee machine. The living room is full of natural light thanks to the large windows on both sides. There is a large dining table, 2 sofas, TV, and small balcony with a table and chairs. We have one shower room, and two separate toilets. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The current flatmates are both in their 30s and from Chile - Mariela (female) is a postdoctoral research scientist and Gabriel (male) is a PhD student. Both are friendly and sociable, but also respect personal space. They like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would prefer somebody with the same mindset! We are ideally looking for a non-student so that the council tax can be shared (band D).

The rent for the room is £830 + bills (very cheap for the area!) and the flat is privately managed by the landlord, who lives locally and is very responsive.
