I'm moving out of my beautiful 3-bed flat in Queen's Park and am looking for someone to join the lease in my place! Here are the details:

* Two min walk from Kilburn Park Station (Bakerloo) and five minute walk to Kilburn High Road (Overground)
* Spacious living room with a balcony
* Two bathrooms
The Location 🌃
This three bed flat is in a fantastic location—less than a two minute walk from the tube—with Maida Vale and Queen's Park both under a 15-minute walk. Kilburn Highstreet (with a large Sainsbury's and M&S Foodhall) is close by but not too close that it's noisy. Plus, there are plenty of parks nearby in every direction!
The Flat 🏡
The flat itself is on the 2nd floor (top) and has a secure entry system. Every room has windows, and the flat has a dual aspect, meaning it's always bright and airy (many plant babies appreciate this t00). There is a spacious shared living room with two comfy sofas, a TV and a dining table. There is also a balcony with views out onto a shared garden.
The kitchen is big and has a stove, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher (!) and full-size fridge/freezer. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath plus a separate toilet. Loads of storage space throughout!
The Room 🛏️
This double room has big windows and a large wardrobe. The room will come furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, and nightstand.
The Flatmates👯♀️
You would be living with Emily and Lucy. Emily (26) works in People Ops and is from Scotland. She enjoys painting, theatre, pubs, pub quizzes, and walks. Lucy (25) works in tax. She enjoys cooking and yoga. Both Emily and Lucy work from home 2-3 times per week.
Emily and Lucy love hanging out in the evenings, but also try to respect each other's space and understand that sometimes you just want to chill in your room after a long day. They're looking for someone to join our flat who wants to be friends rather than just live together.
House-wise, they like to keep it tidy, but are pretty easygoing and like to make the place feel homely, and would love to find someone with a similar vibe.
