Located at the top of St. John’s Wood / bottom of West Hampstead - 20 mins walk from the Jubilee line and 10 mins walk from the Bakerloo line.
Rent is currently £1388 per month and bills are around £100. Heating and hot water is included in the rent and there is a washer/dryer in the flat.
There is a shared living space with a balcony and we each have separate bathrooms.
Have been living in this flat for three years now so looking for a replacement housemate.
The room is originally unfurnished. However, there is a bed and dresser now in the room (optional to keep).
A bit about me - I’m 26 and work in audit. I’m mostly in the office with a couple wfh days.
I’m tidy and pretty easy going. I cook but do love a good takeaway !
Looking to live with someone similar - chill but down to go out a get a drink / dinner every now and again 🥂
