Double Room available in NW6! £975 + bills

Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room (can move in earliest date of 25th April) in a two-bed flat in Kilburn/West Hampstead area!

Location:

-15 minute walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee and Mildmay lines, Thameslink)

-12 minute walk to Kilburn Station

About me: I’m 26, from northern England, work as a medical physicist for the NHS, I play football (and love watching!) and run a couple of times a week, i’m vegan (and looove going out to try new food spots) but don’t mind if you aren’t (but bonus points if you are vegan/veggie too🌱😁)

The flat: cosy living room and kitchen area. One bathroom so we will be sharing! Both rooms are fairly small (the double room shown in the photos will be yours and has a wardrobe) so not ideal for wfh but a small desk can fit in the corner. I go into the office 3/4 days a week and ideally you would too.
We have high speed fibre optic internet 250+mps.

- Rent is split equally and will be £975 with bills being around £150 per month (but fluctuates between winter and summer)

-Deposit is £1125

- Move in will be earliest April 25th

- For referencing a minimum salary of £30,000 is required as per landlord rules to pass referencing checks. I can’t accept students or non-working professionals and we aren’t allowed pets.

About you: Looking for a girl in her mid/late 20’s who’s friendly, considerate, tidy, clean and would like to make the space feel like a home 😊🏡 Up for the occasional hangout in/out of the flat but also values their own space.
