Double Room available in NW6! £975 + bills

Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room ASAP (can move in earliest date of 25th April) in a two-bed flat in Kilburn/West Hampstead area!

Location:

-15 minute walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee and Mildmay lines, Thameslink)

-12 minute walk to Kilburn Station

About me: I’m 26, from northern England, work as a medical physicist for the NHS, I play football (and love watching!) and run a couple of times a week, i’m vegan (and looove going out to try new food spots) but don’t mind if you aren’t (but bonus points if you are vegan/veggie too🌱😁)

The flat: cosy living room and kitchen area. One bathroom so we will be sharing! Both rooms are fairly small (the room shown in the photos will be yours) so not ideal for wfh but a small desk can fit in the corner. I go into the office 3/4 days a week and ideally you would too.

- Rent is split equally and will be £975 with bills being around £150 per month (but fluctuates between winter and summer)

-Deposit is £1125

- Move in will be earliest April 25th

-Referencing can take a little while so i’m looking to have someone locked in asap

- For referencing a minimum salary of £30,000 is required as per landlord rules to pass referencing checks. I can’t accept students or non-working professionals and we aren’t allowed pets.

About you: Looking for a girl in her mid/late 20’s who’s friendly, considerate, tidy, clean and would like to make the space feel like a home 😊🏡 Up for the occasional hangout in/out of the flat but also values their own space.
