Double en-suite room NW6 Kilburn/Queenspark area

Hi,
We are looking for someone to take over a room in our flat at the beginning of August. It’s a top floor flat in a beautiful old Victorian house on a quiet side road in the Kilburn Queen’s Park area.
We are 3 mins away for the jubilee line, 5 mins from mildmay, and 15 mins from lioness line and Bakerloo so really well connected.

The room is an en-suite double room, furnished with a bed and mattress and has 2 built in wardrobes (the desk and chest of draws pictured are not included) bills not included in the price but typically £150

Myself and the other boy who currently live here have lived together for 3 years and are both full time working professionals in retail. We both enjoy cooking (he is much better) and I bake bread every week. We also have friends in the area and often go to the park together on sunny days and the many pubs around us on less sunny days.

The move in date would ideally be beginning of August (6th August latest). No couples living together and no students please (if in a relationship partner visiting and staying is fine just not both living here :) )
