M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury's all about 5 minutes walk away on the High road along with anything else you might need (Boots, Superdrug, TK Max ect, ect.)
Various Pubs, Bars, Cafés (Best one is Intermissions in West Hampstead) & Restaurants in either direction of the house (Very good Chippy "Mr Fish" in Queens Park)
What we are looking for in a housemate:
I'm not interested in finding someone to simply rent a room.
I would like someone who has a high standard of tidyness and respect for communal areas and whom takes pride in where they live.
Community values and a sense of "family" is a must if you are to be considered.
In short please be somewhat sociable, responsible and help take action when problems that affect the household arise.
It would also be great but not essential if you were able to hangout with the house once a week/fortnight for family dinner or game night (this is not a thing that happens now lol but I would like it to be!)
Who you will be living with:
Currently there are three boys (myself & a couple) in the house this will however be changing in the near future as one of them is waiting to complete on the sale of a house (very exciting but also very sad)
He is the best housemate I've ever had! And I've rented about 8 different properties in London over the last decade, needless to say the bar is set very high because of this perfect angel of a house mate!
We all have very demanding jobs and full social lives (the boys work classic 9-"5"s & I work shifts so could be working at any hour of the day any day of the week)
All very open minded, friendly, sociable and respectful.
(It felt awkward & arrogant to write about myself but, yeah I'm a bloody delight to live with)
(I'm bored of writing this now will attempt to update this and provided more information soon! if you have any questions please send me a message)
