Description
I’m very sadly moving out of this room to pursue a postgraduate degree in another city. If it wasn’t for that, I genuinely wouldn’t be leaving. I’ve absolutely loved living here 💔
The room is incredibly bright, spacious and cosy, with beautiful views across West Hampstead and London’s skyline. Because the house sits slightly on a hill, you can even see landmarks like The Shard in the distance on a clear day. It’s one of my favourite things about the room.
The room comes furnished with:
• Double bed
• Built-in wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Desk (and most likely I’ll leave my desk chair)
• Bookshelf
• Bedside table
• Decorative (non-working) fireplace
Just outside the room, you’ll have your own private storage cupboard, and there’s also access to a spacious attic that’s perfect for storing suitcases or anything you don’t need every day.
The bathroom is shared with one lovely flatmate, Aoife, who is clean, organised and considerate. You each have your own dedicated storage space in the bathroom.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, opening onto the living room via a breakfast bar, making it a really sociable space. One thing worth mentioning is that the rooms are genuinely as spacious as they look in the photos. They weren’t taken with a 0.5x lens, so there are no misleading wide-angle tricks!
The flat occupies the first and second floors of a beautiful Victorian house. It has excellent insulation, staying lovely and cool during the summer while remaining warm and cosy throughout winter.
Bills & extras
• Weekly cleaner included (for all shared areas, and your room too if you’d like)
• Water bill included in the rent
• Additional attic storage available
About the flatmates: You’ll be living with three friendly, respectful professionals: Stam, Lucy and Aoife who enjoy having a clean, relaxed home. It’s a sociable household where everyone gets on well, while also respecting each other’s space, so we’d love to find someone who’s similarly considerate and tidy. We are not a party house at all.
This has honestly been one of my favourite places I’ve lived 🌱 It’s a peaceful, comfortable home in a fantastic area, and I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy it just as much as I have 🥹
