Bedroom available Sept Finchley Road

Hi!

One of our flatmates is moving out in September so we are now loooking for new a person to replace him.

The flat is really nice and really well located. We have the top floor which has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge living room/kitchen area. There is also a lot of storage room.

The room has a wardrobe, desk, etc and all you need to make the place feel like home! the rent is 700 a month plus bills (which is likely to be around £100 -£120). Deposit is £900 and we have an agency that does all the paperwork for you.

As for the flatmates, we are young professionals and we get along really well! and tend to have regular dinners, drinks, etc...given the huge lounge area we tend to be there a lot but we also like our own space, you know the drill...

As for the area, we are located in Goldhurst terrace which is like a 3 min walk from Finchley Road (Met and Jubilee lines), close to South Hampstead, West Hampstead, lots of buses, so is really well connected!
