A bit about me, I’m easygoing, sociable and enjoy a good balance. Fridays are usually either out for dinner or a cosy night in with a film, and weekends tend to be a mix of working out, brunch and catching up with friends. The picture is of me and my best friend who used to live here and is the 'landlord' She lives in Sydney now!

I’m looking for someone who has their own routine and independence, but also enjoys the occasional catch-up, glass of wine or chilled evening together. Someone who’s looking for a home.

The flat is fully furnished and in amazing condition. The room itself is large and bright, lots of storage. The lounge is really homely, new and modern, with lots of natural light and a balcony and the kitchen and bathroom are new. It’s a really lovely space to relax in.

Rent is £1,350 per month, plus bills on top.
Move-in date: 1st April.
