About Me
I am really easy going, friendly and love seeing friends at the weekend for brunches and wine in the sunshine. I enjoy working out and eating well. A friendly and relaxed home setting would be perfect so I’m looking for a housemate who values a clean, peaceful space and is easy to get along with.

- Fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. It is really beautiful and everything is new and well looked after.
- A large double room (single occupancy only) with 3 large built in wardrobes.
- High-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home if needed.
- £1,300 plus bills.
The Area:
- Zone 2 and situated on a vibrant high street with gyms, bars, parks, and all essentials right at your doorstep. The area is very safe.
Excellent transport links and close to central London.
- 2 minute walk to Kilburn Overground.
- 4 minute walk to the Kilburn Underground (Bakerloo line)
- 10 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink and Overground (Jubilee Line)
- Fantastic bus routes into Zone 1
