Double Bedroom in 4bed house w/ parking

Hi all, we are looking for a flatmate to share our house with. You will be renting a double bedroom on the ground floor of our 3storey house in Maida Vale/Kilburn Park (Westminster Council). You will have access to your dedicated garden/patio but you will be sharing a bathroom with another flatmate.
The house is within the gated mews so it is very safe. (We think) it has been recently renovated and has double glazed windows so it is very warm when you need it. A covered garage with one parking spot is also available. We dont have a car so during lockdown we have transformed it into our gym. Plenty of storage too.
In terms of connectivity, the property is located between Maida Vale and Kilburn Park stations, both on Bakerloo line (Zone 2). You could get to Central London (Oxford Circus) within 15mins. The Kilburn High Street Overground station is 5-7mins away and (if you plan right) can take you to Euston in 11mins. Within a short bus ride (or a long walk, we don't judge) you can reach another Overground Station (Brondesbury), the Jubillee line Kilburn station and the West Hamstead Thameslink to get connected to (pretty much) wherever you want.
The room is spacious and bright and the only one with access to the small garden/pation. It is near the main entrance of the house so quite secluded if you need your privacy. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other bedroom on the ground floor. The room is partially furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (we will confirm with the outgoing housemate of any of these furniture will be left). References will be required by the landlord and your 5-week deposit will be registered into a deposit protection scheme.
A bit about the existing flatmates: Three people are currently living in the property, we are all working professional and looking for the same. We are respectful of each other and we want to consider ourselves a happy friendly funny family. Our aged bones can't handle lots of partying so we would probably stay in watch a movie rather than party till the wee hours. During the week we enjoy working out or a good meal at the local watering hole.
