Exceptional double room

An en-suite double bedroom for single occupancy will be available from January 2026, for short let.

The room is very spacious with large windows that offer plenty of natural daylight. The house itself is modern, very clean, tidy, and part of a new and safe development.

The nearest tube station is Mill Hill East, just a 5-minute walk away. Waitrose and The Co-op are located by the station, and there are local parks, Virgin Active, and a medical centre all within walking distance.

We are looking for a professional, super clean, and considerate person who can comfortably fit in with the current house dynamics. It’s important that the new tenant respects the house, takes responsibility, and complies with the established house rules to maintain the current standard of living.
