Room for rent in beautiful area of London!

I have recently renovated a beautiful house in Mill Hill Poet’s Corner, and I’m looking to rent a room in my property. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and trustworthy. I am the same and very friendly and respectful of other people’s space. The bedroom currently holds a double bed but can be replaced with a single one. A chest of drawers for storage will also be put in once the room is taken. I am also happy to send videos if this is preferable. All bills are included. Areas shared would be the bathroom and kitchen/diner. Professional females with references at this time only please.
