Very spacious room in Apex Corner to rent. One bath room and one shower room to share. Very large front room and decent sized kitchen with double sinks. The balcony is extra large and faces nice greenery. Fast internet.

It's 10 minuet bus ride from Edgware underground station and a 10-15 minuet walk from Millhill Broadway overground station. There is also a bus stop right outside the house. There is a corner shop across the road. Chinese, pizza and KFC also across the road.

No parking restrictions around the surrounding area.

We are on the top floor of flats. Only 2 stories high, so not too many stairs. The flat itself has two floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor with everything else on the bottom floor. There are also three communal cupboards and an attic for storing excess things..

We are brothers who are nerdy and chill. Very lowkey vibes. We have a cat named Yugi who is also very friendly once he gets use to you. We clean on average once a week. One of us works local so there is someone home allot of the time.

We are both very respectful of privacy and safety.

We are looking for someone with equally chill vibes. The flat is big enough to have people over comfortably but we both work every weekday 9-5 so constant guests within reason. We would love to meet you for a short interview.
