- flat is near a newsagent, dry cleaner, off license & restaurants on a very quiet street off Abbey Road.
- 1 min walk to 24 hour buses to Central London, West Hampstead, Camden, Notting Hill & Kilburn.
- 15 min walk to Regents Park and Primrose Hill.

Rent is £750 pcm. Bills £100-120 per month including internet / cleaner 2x month. We take a bill each and offset on Splitwise app, very easy.

The room is available from 15th January. We are looking for a professional person who does not wfh full-time to move into our flat.
