One double bed room available in a home

Looking for a female strictly vegetarian (no egg no fish) non smoker house mate -no pets. I am generally tidy and quiet but open to conversation and respect privacy. Room to let is a double room. House has driveway for parking space. Local station is around 7minutes walk to jubilee line. Want a housemate who is generally at home in the evenings for a bit of company and conversation. I enjoy comedy shows going to the theatre watching movies and want a clean and tidy housemate who will leave the kitchen and communal area especially tidy.
