- Bermondsey Street is located between London and Tower Bridges. The area has both the feel of being right in the heart of the city, but also in a village.

UTILITY BILLS AND SERVICES
In addition to the rent a fixed £30 per week (£130 pm) is payable towards bills and services, which covers the gas, electricity, water, broadband, weekly cleaner, council tax and service charges.
