Light room & cozy flat near Bermondsey Street

I’m a tenant looking for a new flatmate. I’ve been living here for over two years and have really made this place home.

Your room - Spacious double room furnished with one normal size wardrobe, one small wardrobe, a dresser, small desk, and a side table. It has a big window so it's nice and light.

Shared area - The flat is super cozy! It’s a split level flat, the lounge and kitchen are on the bottom floor with both bedrooms and bathroom are on top floor. (We are also on the top floor of building so no noise from neighbours above!) Amenities include Alexa, Nespresso machine, and gas hob (for those who like to cook). The flat has city views, a parking lot, and a lovely park across the street.

Location - The area is amazing! A stone's throw to Bermondsey St with a bunch of cute bars & restaurants, Maltby Street Market, and the new Vinegar Yard. Great access to transport with London Bridge station only a short 5 minute walk and many bus lines close by. Easy access to Shoreditch and Central.

About me - I’m an American living in London over 4 years and have been in this flat for over 2 years. I’m a full-time professional and part-time yoga teacher. I’m pretty relaxed about most things except cleanliness so I need someone who also appreciates having a neat & clean home.
The landlord is great and will be flexible on how we sign the lease - if we both sign the lease or we do a lodgers agreement with me. The new flatmate will need to pay a deposit and submit a credit check. I have a really good relationship with the landlord so I’ll sort anything we need from him regarding the flat.

Please note, the flat is dog-friendly but I can’t live with cats as I’m allergic to them.
