Double bed available in high rise, luxury new build with views of south london. Since we are south facing we get amazing light in the mornings and afternoon. We have a beautiful shared living room, very spacious bedroom and en-suite. The building has a car and bike garage, 24hr concierge, gym, cinema and entertaining room you can rent!

We are super central here - just a 2 minute walk to elephant & castle station (northern and bakerloo lines) or 10 minute walk to Southwark station (Jubilee line).

Sadly my flatmate has decided to take the plunge and move in with her boyfriend but I’m hoping to renew our lease as I love it here! Please note the requirements - I am ONLY looking to buddy up with a female around my age.
