As you'll see in the pictures, it's in lovely condition, has high ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick in the large living dining area and views of the City and (the tip of!) Tower Bridge.
You'll have your own bathroom (pictured) as James's room is ensuite.
The new tenant will have to be referenced by the letting agent as a condition of taking over the tenancy. Something they assure me will be very straightforward.
